For breakfast, I decided to throw together whatever leftovers I had in my fridge. I had about a cup of garlic cauli-rice. I threw that on the stove with 3 eggs. I figured I’d just make a really random egg scramble. Then I saw half a can of wild salmon in the fridge and tossed that in as well. When I was done mixing everything together I realized I just accidentally made a fried cauli-rice dish. It tasted just like the salmon fried rice my dad (PapaWon) used to make! Supes filling and yummy breakfast. #CRAZAMAZE
